The Chairman of the KT-Cares empowerment program, Alhaji Nafiu Muhammad, has reiterated his commitment to collaborating with the Dikko Project Movement to identify and support vulnerable individuals across Katsina State.
Alhaji Nafiu Muhammad made this statement while receiving the delegation of the movement, led by Hon. Musa Gafai, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
The KT-Cares program, initiated by the Katsina State Government in partnership with the Federal Government’s NG-Cares program, aims to alleviate poverty and create job opportunities for the people. Although the program was launched in 2022, Katsina State was initially lagging in benefiting from it. However, due to the dedication of Governor Dikko Radda, the state is now among the top ten states benefiting the most from the initiative.
In his remarks, Hon. Musa Gafai highlighted the objectives of the *Dikko Project Movement* and its ongoing efforts to assist communities and raise awareness about the policies and initiatives of Governor Malam Dikko Radda, PhD, aimed at improving the lives of Katsina State residents.
Finally, Hon. Musa Gafai expressed his gratitude to Alhaji Nafiu Muhammad for the warm reception and pledged to work closely with him to ensure the progress and development of Katsina State.
